01. Inquire & Visit Factory
In July 2019, One of our Mexican customers required us about the details of the 1000kg french fries production line and 100kg potato chip production line. We talked about the details of how to operate and maintain each piece of equipment in the whole process, from cleaning and peeling to slicing and frying to packaging.
This Mexican customer sent a friend in China to visit our Chinese factory at the end of July. This customer plans to install this line by himself, so they should know in detail how the equipment works before delivery. We tried our best to explain in detail to our customers with our professional knowledge. Won the high trust of customers.
02. Receive the Customer’s L/C
We received the customer’s letter of credit at the end of September 2019. We do the orders with a large amount with the L/C term. which is relatively safe for both the buyer and the seller. We must do a good job in the details within the specified time limit in accordance with the requirements of the letter of credit to ensure the smooth receipt of the payment.
03. Packing & Shipment
Due to the 2019-nCoV situation and the customer’s change of the plan, we have been delayed the shipping until April 2020. In mid-April, we loaded 9 containers to Mexico. We pay attention to every detail. Before shipping, we cleaned all products and wrapped plastic film to ensure that the products will not be scratched. And each product is carefully fixed in the containers to ensure that it will not collide during transportation. The goods will be arriving in the customer’s warehouse 50days later.
