Banana slicer machine mainly consists of a frame, transmission part, cutter head, feed inlet, and outlet.
1. Before the operation, please check if there are foreign matters in the feed inlet. There should also be no foreign matters in the materials to be cut.
2. Check if the power supply meets the requirement. Remember to connect the ground wire.
3. Start the machine and check if the rotation direction of the cutting blades is correct. If not, please adjust the power line.
4. Check if the cutting thickness meets the requirement. If not, please increase or decrease the spacers to adjust the cutting thickness.
5. Put the peeled banana into the feed inlet of the plantain chips slicer machine, the banana will be cut into slices by the rotating cutter head and discharged from the outlet.
6. If the fruit is stuck in the plantain slicer machine, please use another one to press it down.
7. Please change the V-belt if the machine runs powerlessly.
8. Sharpen the cutting blades after some time.
9. Don’t splash water on the power switch of the banana cutting machine.
